  Is a lovely course but what let's it down is its turning into one of those pay and play courses where people turn up for there yearly game of golf in jeans, trainers and vest, the other weekend I spent 5 hours behind groups of people without a pair of golf shoes between them, drinking beer and cheering if someone manages to hit the fairway, this wasn't just the groups in front it was pretty much everywhere I looked, real shame because it is a lovely course. It would really make the difference if muriwai golf course started saying you have to wear golf trousers /shorts and Polo shirt, I see it as if you don't own a pair of trousers or shoes you're not a golfer therefore don't play on a golf course, go to the range till you know your into the sport. 90% of courses world wide have a dress code
